PUBLIC NOTICE AND REGISTRATION FORM FEATURE IN GUADALAJARA REPORTER 
CALL graffiti for Peace. " The world's largest mural. may 1 .- open to all students of any institution, artists, graffiti or the general public born in the State of Jalisco, and Mexico and of any nationality checking his residence in the state for a minimum of 1 year.
2 .- For the sake of competition there will be no prizes. At the end of the event was given a certificate of participation and the work of each participant will appear in the catalog of the event.
3 .- The theme is Peace and Nonviolence, is at the discretion of each participant and not ask previous sketches. Each participant will have a 5 by 2 meters. You can invite people as collaborators, but only those registered will be given credit.
4 .- Registration for participation in this event will be online at the event page. And three physical points, which are: 1 .- The State Council Against Addictions Jalisco (Blvd. No. Closter Honduras 35, Fracc. Hacienda Santa Fe) 2 .- In the offices of political participation (in the City Council Tlajomulco MPAL header.). 3 .- School of Plastic Arts of the University of Girona (belen 120, city center).
5 .- The registration period starts from the publication of this call and closes on Wednesday 1 September this year. The registration will on the official website of the event online, or the points mentioned in point 4.
6 .- When the event begins (8 am. October 1) participants must submit a copy of registration, a copy of proof of residency and a copy of ife. In case of minor must submit parental permission.
7 .- The organizing committee is empowered to disqualify any participant who has filed exceptions to the application for the call or false information to participate in the event.
8 .- The time limit shall be 20 hours of painting, divided into two days of 12 and 8 hours each respectively. Will begin on Friday 1 October and end on Saturday 2 October. You may not begin before that date, or end later.
9 .- By registering to participate in the making of this mural the author or co-authors agree to allow the reproduction and publication of images of the work done for future advertising and publication of catalog, keeping each author economic rights of their work.
10 .- Granting of spaces will be subject to the decision of the organizing committee. Participants are not entitled to appeal the decision.
11 .- The organizing committee is empowered to rule in cases not covered by this call.
